If you need to change your Leadership Growth Areas after they have been published, please contact your coach.
Leadership Growth Areas can be edited by your coach prior to the receipt of feedforward suggestions from your coworkers (a week before Session 4).
After the feedforward emails have gone out to your coworkers, the Leadership Growth Areas may no longer be edited, to preserve the validity of the data (your coworkers' survey responses around your Leadership Growth Areas, as well as suggestions) related to the coaching engagement.
